LuxeDeck Custom EVA Foam Decking
LuxeDeck is Luxebrella Marine’s custom EVA foam decking solution. EVA foam decking begins as raw sheets measuring 1.2 m × 2.4 m. Regardless of the brand name, the raw EVA foam materials used throughout the marine decking industry—including those offered by well-known brands—are manufactured and sourced from China. What truly distinguishes the finished product is the quality of the templating, CAD design, CNC cutting, and installation.
At Luxebrella Marine, we create detailed templates for each boat and precisely fit LuxeDeck around poles, hatches, fittings, and other obstacles without gaps. Each template is converted into an accurate CAD drawing, CNC-cut, and professionally installed.
Available in 6 mm and 9 mm thicknesses, LuxeDeck provides a comfortable, durable, non-slip, and easy-to-clean surface with a clean, seamless, and customized appearance. Every LuxeDeck installation is backed by a 5 years warranty.
Old Growth Teak Lumber
Our Old Growth Teak is carefully selected for its rich natural colour, distinctive grain, strength, and excellent resistance to moisture and decay. Its high natural oil content and dimensional stability make it an ideal material for marine environments.
It is suitable for custom boat decking, swim platforms, tables, steps, trim, and other marine applications. Each project can follow the boat’s existing design or be customized according to the customer’s specifications.
A limited quantity is available locally. Larger orders require pre-ordering, with an estimated lead time of approximately 60 days.
